35 Days to Good Health offers a unique wellness experience that is dedicated to improving your mind, body, and soul by providing you with the tools necessary to improve your nutrition, exercise, and spiritual habits. As you progress through this program, you will be able to rid yourself and/or prevent illness, improve your state of mind, and most importantly, better your connection with God in order to give you a longer-lasting and better quality of life. Our mission is to guide you to better health in just 35 days and help you continue to better and/or maintain good health for the remainder of your life!

Angela & Bernard Beale, Founders of 35 Days to Good Health
Angela and Bernard Beale are life-time health enthusiasts. They have a passion forplant-based nutrition, lifestyle and exercise. In his own words, Bernard frequently says,“I love health, I love talking about health, I love sharing health, and I love living health!”They believe that “… healthy living will give you a New Life!” And, they share 30 yearsof accumulated knowledge of lifestyle and health through programs and seminars.Bernard is the founder of 35 days to Good Health.Angela oversees the food programsfor the 35 Days to Good Health. Mrs. Beale also works with clients seeking to improvetheir health. Bernard holds an MS Degree in Business Management from AuroraUniversity, Aurora, Illinois and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Oakwood College,Huntsville, Alabama. Mrs. Beale did college studies at New York University in NewPaltz, New York and has a Certificate in Plant-based Nutrition from the T. ColinCampbell Center for Nutrition Studies, Cornell University, Ithaca, New York.The Bealesare the authors of the books; 35 Days to Good Health, How to Survive the Crisis, andthe 35 Day Recipe & Meal Plan Book.Bernard hosts the podcast, “Life At Its Best” that can be heard and viewed on Spotify,Apple Podcast, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Leonard Chaikind, Chairman of Advisory Board
Chairman & CEO of Institutional Investors Consulting Company (IICC), which is located in Houston, Texas. IICC is a holding company, an investment bank and an investment advisory group. Its core mission is “to help and assist institutional tax-exempt funds and trusts, e.g. Pension Plans, Foundations and Endowment Funds, to manage themselves as efficient and cost-effective organizations.” Prior to founding IICC, Mr. Chaikind worked for Royal Dutch Shell and the Shell Oil Company. Mr. Chaikind served as the Administrator of the $12 plus billion dollars Shell Savings and Retirement Programs with responsibility for both the investment and administration of 4 major funds. Mr. Chaikind served as the Regional Treasurer for Royal Dutch Shell’s operations in the Far East and Australasia working out of Shell’s head office in London. In this capacity, Mr. Chaikind was responsible for financing well over $30 billion dollars in both corporate and major project activities though out this region. Mr. Chaikind holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School and a BA Harvard University in Economics.
Auldwin Humphrey, Special Advisor to the CEO
Pastor Auldwin Humphrey is the first Chairman of the National Association for the Prevention of Starvation (NAPS). In Pastor Humphreys’ commission, he stated that the work for freed slaves was unfinished and that NAPS should endeavor to serve the forgotten in the Black Belt. In response to his charge and God’s leading, NAPS ventured to work in faith and was blessed to establish two clinics, and complete the construction of the Abundant Life Wellness Institute. NAPS students and the community worked diligently to construct the center. Now complete, the Institute not only serves to improve rural healthcare and education but will also serves as a training center for future youth missionaries. Among his many employment assignments were: Health Temperance Director for the Lake Union Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, Headmaster for Pine Forge Academy, one of four remaining Historical Black Boarding Academies, Director of Adult Ministries for the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventist, Vice President of Advancement & Development for Oakwood University and Executive Secretary for the South Central Conference of Seventh-day Adventist. He holds M.Div. degree from Andrews, University, Bering Springs Michigan.
Patti Herring, Ph. D, Consultant for Health & Wellness
Professor, School of Public Health, Health Promotion and Education, Loma Linda University School of Public Health. Coordinator for MPH Health Education Field Practicum. Co-Investigator for the Adventist Health Studies-2. Liaison/Coordinator for Adventist Health. Studies-2 Black/African American Adventists. Dr. Herring is a Pacific Union College trained registered nurse who completed her Master's at the University of Texas at Dallas, and her PhD in health education at Texas Woman’s University. Her dissertation was a study comparing the health beliefs and health promotion activities of Black and White women. She has been on faculty at Loma Linda University for nearly 14 years. (10/2009)
Joel G. Beale, Digital Design & Engineering
3D Design, Engineering and Mechanics. The foundation of the following categories above is the result of my determination to achieve design and engineering excellence. Each project I start follows a fundamental procedure from concept to creation and pushes to deliver a product of high integrity and innovation. Joel has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Industrial Design, Walla Walla University, Walla Walla, Washington.
